How to Return Your Order

Package Item

Securely package the unopened item in its original packaging. Include all original materials and ensure it's properly protected for shipping.

Ship Back

Ship the package to our return address using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Return Eligibility

At Grexalonquidz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened scented candles in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and unused
In its original packaging
Returned within 30 days of purchase
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used candles
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipment.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Refunds will include the original purchase price but will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
